I have read that the price of that set was $39.95 at the park. This price has also been verified by several collectors.

This is the largest Disneyland monorail set that Schuco made, over 200 pieces. The hardest part of this set is getting a decent box lid and yellow insert. The lid on this one was in very bad shape and has several repairs made to it. I used original Schuco paper and cardboard on all repairs.
